What was built and why.
A product born from a real management need
Rental management becomes difficult when documents, rooms, tenants, payments and decisions are distributed across files and conversations. KazaLoc was created as a BaxIA product to give that information a coherent operational model.
It is not presented as a client engagement or testimonial. The public project sheet documents a product built by BaxIA, including the choices that have been made and the limits that remain.
The unit is part of the model
Shared housing cannot always be represented correctly as one property and one lease. KazaLoc keeps the relationship between the property, individual units and rental records explicit so that state and responsibility remain understandable.
That structure supports a centralised view without erasing the context of each tenant relationship or turning every exception into an informal note.
Access and decisions remain controlled
The application is designed for multiple organisations, with data isolation and permissions treated as business requirements rather than interface settings. Sensitive changes remain attributable and human validation stays part of consequential decisions.
Official sources are preferred when legal or administrative information is surfaced. The product does not present generated text as legal certainty.
What KazaLoc demonstrates
KazaLoc demonstrates BaxIA's ability to translate a domain model into a responsive application with authentication, tenant boundaries, workflows and a maintainable product foundation.
Its presence here is technical proof through a real interface and documented reasoning, not invented performance figures or borrowed customer credibility.
