Contact and project enquiries
When you submit the project form or send an email, BaxIA processes the contact details and information you choose to provide in order to answer, prepare a conversation and, where appropriate, establish a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you or BaxIA's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
Project form and proposed feedback
The project form transmits your name, email address, optional organisation and message to BaxIA through Resend. The website does not create a database of submissions. If direct delivery is unavailable, nothing is transmitted and the site offers an email draft instead. The feedback form still prepares a local draft: BaxIA receives its content only if you choose to send it.
Audience measurement
BaxIA uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure viewed pages and generic conversion events. No name, email address, phone number, Evolution Index answer or form content is sent through these events.
3. External services
The site is hosted by Vercel and uses its Web Analytics service. Project enquiries are delivered through Resend. The site also links to Cal.com and WhatsApp. When you choose to use those services, you interact with their providers under their own terms: Vercel, Resend, Cal.com and WhatsApp.
4. Retention periods
- Prospect contact requests and exchanges: up to three years after the last useful contact.
- Data required for a contractual relationship: for the duration of that relationship, then according to applicable legal obligations.
- Published feedback: until consent is withdrawn or while it remains relevant.
- Unpublished proposed feedback: deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.
- Audience measurement: according to the settings and retention periods of Vercel Web Analytics.
5. Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent to the publication of feedback.
