BAXIA PRODUCT / IN PRODUCTION
1minpro
A SaaS product for building trades that turns a description or photo into a structured quote draft, calibrated with the tradesperson's own prices and recalculated on the server.
A journey connecting the job site, trade pricing, the quote and the customer's decision.PROJECT SHEET / COMPLETE
What was built and why.
The starting point
Producing a quote means turning incomplete job-site information into coherent line items, then applying the right prices, VAT rates and exact totals. A freely written model answer is not enough: the result must remain structured and verifiable.
1minpro was designed as a BaxIA product to cover that journey from the initial description or photo to a quote draft that can be reviewed and shared with the customer.
The system that was built
AI generates an expected quote structure rather than the final financial truth. Totals are recalculated on the server, so the model never decides the final amount on its own.
The product combines a trade price catalogue, structured generation, VAT rules, saved and numbered quotes, PDF export, a public customer link and controlled natural-language editing actions.
Important safeguards
Prices come from the tradesperson's catalogue when configured. Calculations remain deterministic, account data is isolated through database access rules, and agent runs can be logged and limited.
This separation between AI generation and business logic reduces silent errors: AI proposes a structure, while the application remains responsible for the amounts.
Current state and visible limits
The current product covers price configuration, generation from text or a photo, saving, PDF export, customer sharing, assisted editing, quote acceptance or refusal and subscription management. The document remains a draft that must be reviewed before any decision.
Native offline operation, support for more trades and structured electronic invoicing remain future evolution areas. They are not presented as already delivered.
